Brightbary Inc.'s President and Chief Executive Officer, David Romanow, is a clear-minded individual with the vision to see the “big picture” as well as an excellent ability to focus on action-oriented solutions and opportunities.
Brightbary has many years of hands-on experience working with Federal, Provincial and Municipal Governments and Agencies, Engineers, Public and Private Sectors, and Funding Agencies. We have a long association with First Nations in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Northwestern Ontario, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, as well as Native American Indians in California.
David has maintained a strong working relationship with many experts in their field and skilled individuals.

- Assisted the R. M. of West St. Paul in establishing relationship with The Cartier Regional Water Co-op to upgrade water distribution for the municipality
- Consulted with the R. M. of West St. Paul to sign a historic agreement in the Capital Region with The City of Winnipeg to build the Main Street Sewer Trunk Line. This sewer infrastructure project has a Class A Budget of $16 million for Phase I. The Global Class D Budget including future phases is $42 million.
- Assisted the R. M. of West St. Paul in obtaining the historic agreement for the Main Street Sewer Trunk Line with the City of Winnipeg. This highly successful project is an excellent example of finding a cost-effective and long-term solution to providing Wastewater Treatment for this growing community.
- Founded Bioclear Technology Inc., a highly successful Manitoba company operating in Canada and the U.S. and held the position of Chief Executive Officer. Bioclear secured a patent for an SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor Wastewater Treatment System) in Canada and the United States of America.
- Launched a new Environmental division for a major Canadian corporation and held the position of Vice President of the Environmental Division and Director of the Board.
- Past recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Prairies Region (Environmental)
- Past Recipient of Entrepreneur of the Year for Manitoba (Environmental)
- Past Executive Committee & Council Member of the Economic Innovation & Technology Council for the Provincial Government of Manitoba
- Owned and operated Roman Equipment Service (1973) Ltd., a family construction company specializing in water and wastewater systems.
